I'm one of those guys who researches the absolute $#!+ out of things before I make a purchase. So when the wife and I finally decided to get serious about buying a hot tub, I started my research. Admittedly, my knowledge of tubs was minimal. I had no idea how many options and styles or what a huge range of features and price levels are available. And not just the quality of the tub, but the dealer as well. I found out quickly that just about anybody will sell you a hot tub. You can order from a shop down the street or online from a dealer in Kentucky. It'll be dropped off in your driveway, you get to figure out the rest. And the horror stories of service after the sale. Yikes! I am so thankful that I found Columbia River Hot Tubs. A web search for 'hot tub near me' got a bunch of ads and a lot of questionable, low star reviews. CRHT's reviews were nothing but high praise and 5-stars, so I answered a few questions and hit *submit*. Minutes later Roger sent me a text. From the beginning Roger was helpful, informative and honest without ever being pushy. Jon and James, the delivery team, were on time, respectful of my property and took the time to answer all my questions, even providing valuable information that I didn't know to ask for. When set-up was complete I got my paw shaken and was told "If you ever need anything, we're open seven days a week. Call us anytime!" Bottom line: If you want a hot tub, you want a quality, made in America, easy to maintain tub from Columbia River Hot Tubs. And if my son is ever in the market for a tub, I'll just tell him to call Roger. There's no reason to shop for a hot tub anywhere else.

Purchasing our hot tub from Jon at Columbia River Hot Tubs was a great experience. We were looking for a new hard cover hot tub because our hot tub site was under a tree. Jon helped us pick up the perfect hot tub and the price was very reasonable. We needed a smaller spa to help relieve back and muscle soreness. We have already used it a few times and we can say this spa delivers on the promise of great hydrotherapy. They delivered the hot tub quickly and even came back out after it was filled to show us how to maintain the spa water correctly. We are customers for life!
I responded to hot tub ad on Facebook, and got a message from Jon at Columbia River Hot Tubs. Unlike all of the other replies that I received, Jon was patient and not pushy at all. We chatted on messenger for a few days and I made an appointment to see what he had available at the store. Throughout the whole process, I never felt pressured to buy anything, and was really sold on his commitment to service the products that they sell. I found a Hot Tub that I liked that was within my budget, and made my purchase. The delivery date arrived, and Madison and Jon let me know that they were on their way. They arrived and began to remove my old tub and set up my new one. I would highly recommend Columbia River Hot Tubs. Jon and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable.
